Though this section is updated regularly, this is not an exhaustive or complete list. If you are interested in meeting an animal listed below, please call the shelter at (506) 446-4107 to:
A) Make sure the animal is still available (and)
B) Make an appointment to meet them.

A valuable tool to use is the “I am Looking to Adopt a Dog” questionnaire. Completion of this questionnaire (and submitting it to the shelter) is mandatory for all dog adoptions. Thank you for taking this important first step.
Wall-E
Wall-E is an approximately 3 year old mixed breed that likely has shepherd and hound in him. He is a large, friendly guy that was brought to us as a stray when he was found curled up on someone’s doorstep. He has spent some time with other dogs at the shelter and done well, but would need to meet any potential new canine friends. He would not do well in a home with cats. Due to his size and rambunctious personality, he would need to go to a home with older children. Wall-E is looking for an active family that will be committed to working his mind and body. Bella
Bella is an 8 year old spayed female pitbull mix. She was brought to us after being seized by the New Brunswick SPCA after being treated for a medical emergency. Bella had very inflamed, red skin when she first came to us. We have since taken her off all chicken and beef and she is feeling much better. Bella loves nothing more than to play with soccer balls and have a good scratch in the grass. She does enjoy walks but it has to be at her pace and when she’s done, she’s done. Bella is not a fan of cats so a feline free home is a must. She has met other dogs here at the shelter but we would require a meet to make sure they will get along.
